Free Cut Christmas Tree

It has been a goal of ours to start a yearly tradition selling freshly cut Christmas trees, and to donate the proceeds to a charity of our choice. So, this year we were finally able to make that happen, and we are so excited!

The charity that we chose is called the Angel Project. It is a non-profit local organization that is run purely by volunteers, and every single dollar goes directly towards people in need. The organization works very closely with a lot of people who may need medical equipment, supplies, etc to be able come home from the hospital. The founder (Lisette), founded this charity as she was (is) a patient that saw a need for other patients that didn’t have a voice, so she is speaking up for them by helping raise an awareness, support and supplies where needed. Some of the stories that we have heard are truly heart breaking and make us realize just how fortunate that we are to have our health and to be in a position to help.

All that said, if you are interested in contributing there are a few different ways that you can do that.

You can purchase a tree or make a donation for one. All the trees are $100.00. They range from 5 feet to 8 feet. They are available for pick up Tuesday-Saturday 10-5, Sunday 11-4 the week of December 12-17 at Pure Boutique 2355 Lakeshore Rd West Oakville. If you would like to donate for the cost of a tree, we have aligned ourselves with some families in need, in which we will in turn donate a tree to them on your behalf
